N3LC is a bespoke management consulting firm providing specialist advice and assistance in specific areas across the broad spectrum of management, technical, people and capital management disciplines.
The two senior principals of the firm, Frank Ganendran and Kevin Coates, bring over seventy years of experience across many industries both in Australia and internationally. We also draw upon a very small team of very experienced specialists, when required, to provide a fully integrated service to our clients. Our main areas of practice are:
DIRECTOR AND SENIOR PRINCIPAL
Frank has over 32 years’ senior executive experience working in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region within the engineering consulting and services industry and has been in senior management/executive roles for the past 20 years.
With his strong executive leadership qualities and broad skill set, Frank’s experience offers a deep knowledge of the industry and enhances opportunities to work collaboratively across the region.
The valuable combination of understanding the intricacies of both Asian and Western modalities of business allows Frank to effectively lead, communicate and be trusted across cultural boundaries.
Frank has a strong senior executive background to assist in strategic development, leadership change, mentoring and coaching, strategic goal setting and implementation, risk management and business development.
Kevin has over 35 years’ experience working across a range of industry sectors including food and beverage, energy, mining, professional services, manufacturing, construction and Not-For-Profit. He has worked in senior executive roles and understands what it takes for an organisation to be successful. He has also run his own consulting practice for many years. He is an experienced workplace architect, builder and change agent.
Kevin is a strategic thinker and planner, he can facilitate and deliver the strategy and plans at the executive level and facilitate the implementation across the organisation.
Kevin is a commercially focused, strong conceptual and strategic thinker, who has a deep appreciation of the importance of organisational culture, engagement and most importantly Leadership in organisations.
As an experienced workplace change agent with strong personal leadership skills and a sound knowledge of “Best Practice” in organisational design, he has the ability to facilitate leadership development in others and organisations.
He understands and practices “recognition and care” for people and applies his innate abilities in emotional intelligence to support change.
